Very personable, and THE ONLY REAL ESTATE AGENT that responded to phone calls and emails the same day,,usually within the hour. Extremely knowledgeable, and aggressive with our home, and worked hard in every way to firm up the sale.Highly recommend her!

We had the best first time home buying experience with Suzanne! She helped us beyond our expectations. Her experience and business relationship that she has, was very helpful to us. She still emails and calls to check in on how our family is adjusting to our new home. Suzanne researched several communities before our arrival based on the information we had provided. This cut our search time down to one day! Florida is overflowing with Realtors and we have been so blessed to do business with one of the best! Not only did she help us find our dream home, she has become our friend. All the reviews below are accurate! She goes above and beyond. She really wants you to be happy and is not looking for the next sale. She wants you to find the house you love (not just like). She is patient, kind and will ensure your best interest in your home and in the transaction. Then she remains in contact even after everything is complete. You just don't meet many people like Suzanne. Highly recommend is an understatement.

Suzanne is the absolute best!! Do not trust the sale or purchase of your home to anyone else!! After 2 real estate agents allowing our home to sit on the market for well over a year, she took over and had our home under contract in 3 days! She made a very stressful process, super easy! We will continue to use Suzanne for all future real estate needs! Thanks again!
